The guys who run Swamp Fox are all ex Vortex employees. Their quality is on par with Vortex because they are made by the same manufacture in China and Japan to the same standards on most products. I’ve seen a lot of reviews and all of them favorable.

Yeah, and they didn't even charge sales tax. I have been eyeing a couple Burris RT-6s on ebay that were open box for just a bit under $300, but that was a better deal with the mount and no tax, I couldn't resist, heck I'm surprised I made it all day before relenting.
