These people don't answer e-mail and don't provide a phone number.  I bought a barrel extension for a Mac-10 and the threading is incorrect.  (I had to take it up to Ben Murray to get the thing off.)

Oh OK... Thx for the heads up as well...

If I where you I'd contact my CC company (if you used a CC) and put a hold on the charge or even have the charges reversed this will get their attention, I would explain that you either did not receive the product or they sent you the wrong product and you can not get in touch with them...  GL

I returned the 10/45 muzzle attachment that I bought and was waiting for them to credit me, tell me that they had shipped the wrong thing, or something.  Didn't hear.  Sent them an e-mail asking WTF?  They said they hadn't received the part.  I sent them the proof of delivery.  Response was.....  Oh, yea, I made a mistake.

So they tried the attachment on their 10/45 and it worked great.  Told me that I must have a Vulcan and that they didn't know why it wouldn't fit.  Said they were going to refund my purchase price.  I told them that since nowhere on their pages are there any restrictions on type that I felt they should also refund the shipping.  Haven't heard back.  Just checked my bank account.  They did not credit shipping.

So, for a product that didn't work I'm out $8.00 shipping to me and $4.80 return shipping.

I will NEVER EVER do business with them again.

If they were anything close to being upstanding some effort could have been made to please the customer (you).

I've tried calling these people before too. I had the same result.  Left messages and never a call back.  I never ordered anything I just had questions about a bolt carrior. 

I find it funny that they seem to be catering to people that are trying to do illegal full auto conversions on AK's.  They do have a disclaimer saying not to do a conversion unless you are an SOT manufacturer but I guarantee that no one who buys that stuff is using it legally.

I have heard stories about them, but I have used them a couple times. When there were no AR-15 charge handles around after the election they had some, and still had them at the same price, about 15 bucks. I bought a couple from them a few weeks apart, no problems, granted no reason for any customer service whcih is where most places fall down.

However, then they got wise apparently when they ran out of stock, when they came back they were 35 bucks. So I doubt I will be buying from them again.
