Site is blocking Opera web browser.

Just an FYI, it appears that this site is blocking some alternative web browsers and is producing this message... Survivor's SKS Boards

Its not blocking the browser, its blocking your host name, probably through an IP number.  Try clearing the browser cache if it continues.
