I have never had a problem with PSA. Why can't you call them?

They are one of the most reputable dealers out there. Send them an email of give them a call. They like all other online manufactures and shops are backed up several weeks due to the country wide shut down.

When you do theres a recording saying you have to use their online contact form. I did that for order status wasn't helpful just says processing
