CRKT unconditionally stand behind their stuff.
The digest version of this story is, I ordered a CRKT knife from bogus site, after looking at the factory site, saw they have dropped the particular model I bought, which is one I carry every day, and have for more than a decade. I looked on eBay and found a used one, they had taken off the pocket clip and screws. So I got on CRKTs site to see if I could order those parts. Sure enough there is a parts request form, but surprisingly, there is no shopping cart, just a request form. I submitted my request and I expected an email or something, but heard nothing. About 10 days later the clip and screws showed up in a padded envelope. No question or when or where you bought the knife you are getting parts for, just asks for a the model number.
Granted, the parts are minimal, but still that's top notch customer service.
