I have a nephew and his family in Merritt Island. It was south of the tracking of the storm and not in the evac orders list last I checked, but if it shifted that may have changed. I haven't looked at updated info yet, but hoping/praying for the best for all involved.

Clewiston, now that brings back memories.  Pleasant ones.

It's 12:30AM here in Miami and though Wednesday was completely overcast, all we got were some wind gusts.  It hasn't even rained yet.  I think it's pretty much going to miss us here.  I am worried about my friend in Wauchula though.

Ugh what a mess, obviously some of those boats will be drug out and refloated, especially the fishing boats but what do they do with the luxury boats that are battered, where do they end up?

Well, it's 4PM the day after Milton and Miami barely got any rain.  There was a fair bit of wind and overcast skies, but none of the flooding we were worried about.  We got lucky.  I'm waiting to hear from some friends in the affected areas.
