Marketing ploy?

No word on the ATF raids of FRT/WOT triggers as of yet? Was this "leaked" memo just a marketing ploy to get people to rush out and buy up all these legal triggers they could?

I had read they did raid one retailer and manufacturer of Wide Open triggers but nothing more yet.
