Home invasion leaves 3 dead.  A 4-year & 2-year old survived.  Apparently, the three home invaders were dressed as UPS drivers.  They had the uniforms as they were seasonal workers this past holiday season.  I expect there's something fishy about why they decided to pick that particular home.  Funny thing is the whole thing was caught on a nearby surveillance camera plus a camera inside the house.

Saw the cops leaving the cop shop in a hurry last Friday just after noon.  Whole thing went down about a mile from my house.

"Alonzo Pierre Mingo, 37, was charged with three counts of second-degree murder, with intent"

WTF?????

SECOND DEGREE?????????

LESchwartz:
"In Minnesota, second-degree murder, with intent, carries a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison, though sentencing guidelines usually call for a presumptive sentence that is less than that, depending on the defendant’s criminal history."

I'm sure they'll sentence him to like 20 years for each count, to be severed concurrently.  Given good behavior while in prison, I'm sure he'll be out in like 8 to 10 years.  Keep in mind that he only executed the woman by blowing her head off during a home invasion . . .

Latest update:  https://www.kare11.com/article/news/local/courts-news/man-charged-in-coon-rapids-triple-murder/89-1008fc3e-e8de-46cd-80e0-fce56f6f8d99

"Those warrants, obtained by KARE 11, detail how Twin Cities drug task force members had been following and observing the activities of Mario Alberto Trejo Estrada, one of those fatally shot, who they believed to be trafficking narcotics."

"Video and audio recovered from a bedroom camera reportedly shows Mingo entering the room wearing a UPS-style uniform, along with a man who appears to be one of the victims killed in the incident. Prosecutors say Mingo is seen demanding money and then forcing the man and woman from the bedroom at gunpoint with the little children following behind. The defendant then returns to the room with just the woman and is captured on tape shooting her in the head at point-blank range as the children cry hysterically. "

Looks like the husband and wife were big time drug dealers . . . probably why there was a camera mounted to a pole and monitoring the house . . .

They should NEVER see the light of day again. Lock them up and weld the door shut. Nothing but bologna sandwiches daily. I'd rather see them gassed.
