A Mosin front site

Prince50:
I will look into it, but I think the Sub 2000 would not close with AR handguards.

Big Boss:
I'm looking forward to hearing more about the sight when you are ready. I hope it looks like an AK front sight like your SKS one, threaded to use a standard AK / SKS front sight post. That would be sweet.

Prince50:
It is designed to use the SKS barrel and front sight. Just because that is far easier than doing the dovetail.

It looks almost identical to the SKS but shorter. My test issue is not having enough slot to clamp. I'll post PICS of the plastic rapid print by Friday.

Which sight are you referring to?  I'd have no use for a Kel Tec Sub2000 sight (although I think the firearm itself is appealing, I don't own one yet   ) but the option to cut down my 91/30 would be AMAZING!

Prince50:
The Mosin is what I'm speaking of. The Kel Tec is proving to be difficult to maintain the folding lock. And it is relly tall!

The Mosin seems to be easy except for the clamping slot. Should have it ironed out by Friday and a 3D sample "printed"
