what's your SHTF melee weapon of choice?

so what's your SHTF melee weapon of choice?  mine's my linder rostre machete.  this thing isn't the run of the mill wally world special.  this thing is beefy, almost no flex.  i think it should hold up fairly well.

In all honesty, my melee weapon of choice is a wood and steel rifle with a bayonet.

I made this one from 3/16" steel and I like it alot.  But I recently got an el cheapo from Harbor Freight that I actually like more.  I re-did the handle for it and it works great.  I still like the look of mine better though...

Maybe I'd bring them both.

I like trench shovels.  My old man gave me one as a tike, thanks for reminding me to get another!
I like those kukris, functional blade profile with major stigma!

My preferred bushwhackers come from chainsaw blades; cut, tempered, w/ paracord handle. 
It would be a very bad day if I had to use a bushwhacker as a "melee weapon" over my longgun, shotgun, and handgun.
