'59 Romy at the range
« on: April 27, 2018, 05:59:00 PM »
I took my '59 Romy to the range today for further sighting in & function testing.  I also wanted to test my new Lyman shooting bags & adjustable platform.  My shooting set up is pictured below.  Sorry that it's rather dark in the shade.  I put 60 rounds of my reloads through her again & she functioned flawlessly.  The bottom target was the first 30 rounds.  She initially shot high at 50 meters &  the front sight post was raised slightly.  The top target was rounds 31- 60 also at 50 meters.  The rear sight was set to 100 meters.  This is about the best my 60 YO eyes can do :banghead:  Nonetheless, I had fun &  it was a good way to end a stressful work week 8)

Looks like I need to adjust my windage to the right :? a bit
