Welcome to Survivors;
We are glad you found us, and it's nice to have you here;
I think that you will find that we are a little different than most of the other gunboards out there, in that our Board is a large family or a club more than simply a place to ask questions; We have some of the most knowledgeable people in the world here as members, and they will be more than happy to help you,
but we do ask that you post a brief introduction (NOT a technical question, an
introduction), and tell us a little bit about yourself, maybe post a pic or two of your firearms, and generally get the feel of the place rather than diving right in with a bunch of questions; Here is a link for posting your introduction:
http://www.sksboards.com/smf/index.php?board=72.0 That's our culture here, and it seems to work pretty well.
I would also urge you to read over the forum rules (
http://www.sksboards.com/smf/index.php?topic=362.0 ) , and the sticky posts and various threads in the Rules and Guidelines forum; Also, I would ask that you take a look through some of the Help And Suggestion threads, as there are many informative posts there on how to use the messaging system, how to post pictures, and number of other things.
Lastly, we would ask that your try to form your posts so that they are easy to read for the people trying to help you; No one here is going to grade your thread like an English paper, but we do ask that you try to use some punctuation, capital letters, and the space bar, as it makes your writing a lot easier for your readers....
If you have any questions, or if you need help with anything, please let me, or one of the Moderation staff members know, and we will take care of you.
Once again, Welcome, it's good to have you here.
