I took it out to the range. On junk 158 Wadcutters, it's snappy to shoot but tolerable. It was not as loud as I expected. The muzzle/cyclinder blast was not alarming, certainly not a fireball I had expected. The spread/accuracy sucked. It's not a range gun, it's a "belly gun" for CCW. The intentions I had for the purchase was to be a CCW alternative, with the intention that it sat in the dresser drawer next to the bed. Also, just an "example gun" of a mid caliber revolver (not too small, not too big), that I can had to a newb on range day, "Here, shoot this.", and its not intimidating enough to scare folks away from a wheel gun. The grip is acceptable. I did have to adjust once or twice. I bit my middle finger on the trigger guard. Another guy complained that it was a bit hard on his hand webbing. I'm happy with the purchase. It achieved what I wanted it to do.
