Thanks folks.  I'll definitely take your suggestions under consideration when I do a rewrite someday in the future.  I've been getting a lot of positive feedback on this story on a couple boards lately.  it's making me think that it might be time to re-work it and look for a publisher.  Anybody have a contact in the business or have any experience submitting for publication?

This story kept me on my toes. You know that feeling that you get when you come out of the movie theater. Kinda like your still in the movie. Well thats the way I felt when I read this story. I'm not a book guy. To be honest I can't remember the last time I read a book or a story this long. I'm just amazed that it kept my attention and how it drew me into the storie so well. Kudos to you mike, You've done something that very few books have if any and I'm 24 now. I just can't say enough.

Man.. You should compile this whole thing into one thread and have a moderator lock it for you.. It took me forever to go through the threads to cut and paste it together! Wanted to print it for read later and take it home for the wife.

Thank you very much for posting this! You've got talent! I came home tired as hell from work the other day and sat down to check my emails and of course the boards and instead of getting to bed in a timely manner I end up reading the whole thing. It's not common that I find a story that grips me until I've finished it like that...

You Groovy Mike, are the man. I would really love to see more works like this and I'll handily put sleep aside to read your stuff any day.

ok ok i got it.... the lone guy with a mosin is actually from these sksboards, and his nickname is bch7773.  It turns out he just got done saving the world from communists (who were behind the entire problems thats the backround for this story)

anyways, so hes going back home after saving the world, and he comes upon a lone isolated cabin in the woods.  Inside is 3 incredibly hot supermodels who were stranded there, and they were starving to death until he came along.  He saves all their lives and they are VERY gracious.  Did I mention these chicks are bisexual, because thats important too.

anyways, can you continue that story, because i like it.

Well i just finished he story, not being able to read it all in one night i broke it into 2. The story is awsome and you should realy continue it. Sending bob home for the planting season and maybe end the story on a happy note of a good harvest. Well dang i gave away the ending. But still great job and keep up the good work.
