Why is the 2nd American Revolution thread locked?

What's the deal? I think we should all be talking about this. It's inevitable.

Thats what happens when threads devolve into pissing matches.
Experience is the hardest kind of teacher, it gives the test 1st and the lesson after.

Courage is knowing it may hurt and doing it anyway.
Stupidity is the same.
This is why life is so hard.

Was it?
That's a shame. There is a lot of interesting things to be said.

I like to call it "The American Restoration" though. What the founding fathers did was a revolution, a complete change. What I want is to restore the Constitution and a free Republic.

I dunno I was kinda groovin on all the direct blunt honesty going on in that thread and seeing just where some peoples' heads are and some peoples' heads aren't.
Well, it's official. All three of the branches of the Federal Government are using the constitution as if it were TP. RIP Freedom and freewill the old republic has been replaced by a very potent kleptocracy. We're getting what we deserve, I guess.

I have too just nice to touch base and see where younger folks heads are and get the conversation going again. Divisiveness is one of the key tactics that works in the elitists' favor. They already have racial, economic class, ethnicity, and the corrupt two party system working in their favor. So civil divisions are VERY likely in infrastructure/law and order failure situations because there are already so many factors that can spur passions in place.

I know its hoakey but that TV series Jerico brings up some good points too.
