To be honest, not sure. I'm not a scope guy. I am all about iron sights. I haven't shot this one much, and only took it in a trade awhile back because of the collectability of it. I do most my paper shooting on the AR platform, and the M1 Garand. And no, this mount was specific and actually harder to come by than the rifle is. It has a specific mounting bracket for the CC which has a slide mount on the side of the receiver to accept it. If I remember, it doesn't magnify alot, I think only 2X, if that.

Here is the mount for it. Like mentioned, would be much cheaper to go another way though. The mount costs as much as a standard SKS assuming you even find one. And the Scope would be another couple hundred.

Thanks I don't know a lot about scopes but 2x to 4x would be fine for 100 yds I would think. I may look around for options, thanks!

No problem. It is kinda cool set up, but for just shooting, there are a lot of other options for better scopes, for a lot less than you would have in this set up. The only reason I have it on this one, is because it is correct for this model which makes it more collectible. And again assuming you find this scope and mount you would have about $400 in the mount and scope, and it's not $400 worth of optics, lol. It's just collector stuff. Much better options out there for half that money IMHO.

Nice! I have one I paid I believe 250.00 for mine and it came with 2 scopes and mounts.
