Guys, some very bad news;
We are going to have to cancel the event due to some unforeseen circumstances that will prevent some of the key organizers of the Shoot from coming; While I do a lot of the organizing and fair chunk of the work, RWS31 and Eric are vital to the success of the event, as they handle the logistics in ways that I am unable to; neither can attend (one due to work issues and another to transportation problems)
Without them, and at this point in the timetable, we are not going to be able to pull it off;
I feel terrible about this, as I was as excited as the rest of you to be there, but we just cannot do it this time.
If you already registered, we will be issuing you a refund in the next few days, with our apologies.
Again , my sincerest apologies for this, but don't give up on us, we are already on track and making arrangements for March, when the weather is great and the shooting is even better!
