A clean 1953 Tula SKS in Canada

a 1953 Tula with all numbers matching except for the stock and magazine which here they pin to 5 rounds as per law.

The all matching "except" pretty much ruins it for anything but a shooter. PAX

Agreed, but for $379 Cad i'm happy to have a cheap, reliable rifle with a sharp wood stock as our options here are somewhat limited these days.  Though I was pleased to find that the internal components are matching and haven't been swapped around. That said the trigger and bolt is on its way to 'High Caliber Services' in Mission, BC for a Murray FP and some trigger work.
