Tapco T6 Stock legal to sell in what states?

I have an extra stock to sell and someone from NY. state wants to buy it. Question...is it legal to sell it to someone in NY. state?

Not certain but I think I heard it's a no go.

Yeah...I can't get a definite answer anywhere. Seems no one has a "this is it" answer.
The stock is black and is a non bayo version....it's missing the bottom pic rail, besides that, it's in excellent condition.

I don't think there are any laws against your selling it or shipping it there . . . there may be laws against the buyer's installing it.
