The BATF scoop is a little confusing in that it sites "importation" and rifles currently in possession in the same breath. If your State allows high cap mags in a rifle you already have, then there's no restriction for usage nor does 922r come into play, as the mod for mag usage was done by the importer. Mag capacity only has to do with importation. PAX

I installed a US-made gas piston and a US-made Tapco magazine. The bayonet groove has been filled with wood epoxy filler.
The color correction for the filler will be done later.
