This all started with the Safer community's act. A wording change in it allowed for this order to be written. Even if the rino's voted no, it would have passed. But at least you can see how your rep voted since 15 retards jumped the republican ship thats about as buoyant as a rock. Stupid in America is at monumental proportions today. I did a little more reading on TN laws pertaining to 2nd and its legislative smoke n mirrors here despite the Republican lock on state gov. The Govenor here killed the "no LEO shall enforce Fed Anti Gun laws" by passing an amendment last year that modified the original to say "only if a state or Federal Supreme court judge has deemed it unconstitutional". To add insult to the TN Govenor's office, the Repub. Lt. Govenor decides who sits in a 9 person panel of the Judiciary review commission. 7 are Dems, 2 Repubs. The Repub house speaker pretty much kills all meaning full pro gun bills by sending them to the review panel. Apparently, there's an unwritten "Good ol Boy" clause these legislators run by that are sitting at the top of the TN political food chain. Most all locals I talk to about this are totally clueless. And that's since they don't belong to the Tennessee Firearms Association who educates its members on such things. Question is, are people fed up enough to start becoming more informed? Ramaswamy is right, defund all the useless window dressing smothering the US Constitution. Only a monumental catastrophic event could clear the slate now. Its just too far gone with deep state calling the shots. JMO.
