This bayonet was on a North Vietnamese SKS rifle and so I traded him a blade bayonet for it . It's shorter than a regular SKS bayonet  I'm not sure what it is . Thanks.

SKS Paratrooper bayonet?  Mine has a shorter spike on it..  Hold onto it, someone on here is probably needing one, so it would be good trade fodder once you get enough posts to trade on here.

The first thing I thought was that maybe it was a North Korean piece.  North Vietnam got a mix of different rifles from all over the place and I know the NK SKS had some different features, but I can't find an image of one right now so I may be way off.
I am the one they call Cesar.

I'm thinking it's for an AK variant more than for an SKS. the design is different than what I've seen for a Type 63
