My favorite type of SKS sling, very good looking with wood, PAX

PS salvage, was in an ATI Monty

PAX!!!! I love those Timbersmith stocks... Wish I had bought one, as they are not to be found anymore.

Darin, I picked up that Timbersmith from LESchwartz at least 15 years ago. Later I ran across a Public Security rifle in an ATI Monty with a receiver cover mount, 2 crucial parts gone forever. If I didn't have that stock, a scrubbed receiver cover, Romy sling and a Tech Site 200 in my stash, I would have passed on the PS rifle. When I saw it, I could see all the bits to save it together in my head. The last issue I have with that rifle is the bayo lugs. I have a neutered and blued FSB sans lugs and rod guides to swap out. The rifle is virtually brand new and is my standard procedure, was dirt to acquire and build. PAX
