I like that jwperry put links to all of his equipment.  The battery charger was a good idea.

I would like to redo my list and stick with the rules this time:

Shoes/Boots: Standard military issue
BDUs: Black tactical pants, black tee shirt
Hat:My black Jed Clampett hat.
Poncho/Raincoat:Any good quality.
Parka/Coat: The jacket version of my Black Tacs.
Long arm: AR10, Carry handle, no scope W/ Bayo.
Sidearm: S&W 357 Mag.
Long arm ammo:Any good quality ammo would do.
Sidearm ammo: Any good quality ammo.
Fire (two methods): Large firesteel. Powerful magnifying glass.
Flashlight: I'm fine with a Maglight.
Tool: Trenching tool.
Knife: Buck Nighthawk w/whetstone.
Non-Tool Equipment: Good pair of binoculars.
Books: Bible.

After re reading my replies I think that I would like to change my mind a little as well.


Shoes/Boots: Danner Elk Hunter
BDUs: Carhartt uninsulated overalls moss green, Filson wool shirt moss green
Hat: Boonie OD green
Poncho: US Military with quilted liner (doubles as a waterproof blanket)
Parka/Coat: Alpha Industries US Mil Spec. E.C.W.S Parka
Longarm: Ruger "Gunsight" scout rifle,  Leupold 2.5x scout scope with german 3P#4 reticle, Burris quick detach rings, tritium front sight, replace the buttplate with something that has a trapdoor and hollow out the buttstock, include OTIS style cleaning kit and spare firing pin and springs.
Sidearm: Glock 20 with Trijicon night sights and a surefire LED weapon light.
Ammo choice-
Longarm: Federal Premium 180 gr. Nosler Partation
Sidearm: Double-Tap 200 gr. bonded Golden Saber
Knife: Gerber LMF
Fire (two methods): large magnesium block w/ striker, BlastMatch
Flashlight: Surefire Aviator with blue and red filters
Tool: Estwing hatchet with belt sheath
Non-Tool Equipment: Cook pots/pans/utensils.
Books: Army Survival manual, Bible
