Receiver pins?  Are you talking about the axis pins for the fire control group.  Help us out here.

U-tube has many videos on these procedures but not sure what you are talking about.

The rivet on side comes  out and seizes up

sorry total computer illiterate but there are two of them they're slightly larger on one side by the Mac 90 caliber 762 by 39 stamping the one that works loose is above the mag  release

Those are the axis pins and they retain the hammer and trigger.

There is a wire retainer (aka shepherds crook) that holds them by resting in a shoulder in the on on the inside of the receiver.

Great so the rifle not a lose kinda worried but I wish I got another m sks never had a problem with none of the ones I got first AK broke my heart  :oops:

Minor issue. Learn the firearm and the parts assembly and remedy the issue. It is a fairly simple thing. Though the FCG video will help immensely as will a pin plate for a novice etc.

If the pin is backing out, as AKblue mentioned you won't need a new pin, you either need to reinstall the shepherd hook so it catches the slot on the pin, or get one of the retaining plates that replace the shepherd hook, (bent wire spring).

Yea sorry meant Shepard hook got one on my way home from work on order from my lgs once again thanks got some books and videos on AK to should've done that first live and learn I guess
