So every Christmas my wife gets me a cool hoodie, usually from the Grunt Style website.
This year she ordered well in advance and it was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. It did not, nor did it last year.
When it finally arrived it was a completely different hoodie. She called and was told they ran out and just decided to send a comparable hoodie. Nope. We sent it back after choosing another one in exchange.
Well now the 2nd one we picked is also out of stock and we are told we can wait until mid Feb to see if or comes in, or choose yet another.
Oh and yeah, they won't refund us and the return shipping was supposed to be credited to us but was not.
Should I just demand a refund with these guys? All their stuff is expensive and to be honest I don't trust them to send the right thing anyway.
