The TrueX carbon shaft is probably equal to those that cost less.
I paid $43/6 compared to $49/6 putting the TrueX about a dollar more each.
The lower weight compared to the Black Eagle bolt is due to the aluminum insert compared to the brass insert.

Notice the Nock design of the two brands and the 4 inch Vs 3 inch vanes.





I suspect that the lower F.O.C. percentage of the TrueX will hurt longer range consistency.
Here is the balance point for a TrueX with 100 gr point, one with a 125gr point, and the Black Eagle with a 100gr point.  Where the balance point would be, changing to an 80 grain insert with a 100 gr point is shown below.
