I would pay whatever the going rate was, if I did not have one. I have one that was presented to a USMC general that I paid, as I recall $5750 for a number of years ago, which was the exact price that a good friend of mine paid for it at a Rock Island Auction sale several years before. A normal run of the mill NVA SKS, depending upon the condition, I expect would sell for $2 to $3.5K, then add $1K or more for papers.
