Yes GB. Odd now one of my previously owned rifles is up for auction with a very high BIN price compared to what the buyer paid in 2020 at RIA auction.

Watching them all to see what my current collection is worth. LOL

I've decided to start tracking the true correct 1949 made rifles. I've heard tell of a 1948 SKS but never seen one. My rifle looks to have a 1948 stamp on the sanded stock, was sanded by the Russians during refurb, partially obliterating the original numbers.

This is going to be fun.
