Vietnam War collector from Oklahoma

Howdy from Oklahoma. I'm fascinated by the history of the Vietnam war, particularly trying to understand it from the communist perspective. I'm waiting for an opportunity to get a nice example of a captured SKS, I'd particularly love to get one of the North Vietnamese "star 1" models made by factory Z111 or perhaps a North Korean Type 63 with the Vietnamese rifle grenade modifications. I look forward to learning from yall.

Welcome aboard Cap. Here's an undocumented Nam trophy. The vets widow just wanted it gone and didn't put a premium on it, hunnerd bucks. All she said was: "He brought it back from over there", and I left it at that. Looks the part, right year '65, matching except bolt carrier, which is common. Well-worn and carried, just about shot out. PAX
