I have a section of the front sight with the bayonet lug, so I decided to combine it with the front sights for future projects.

The front sight combination, made from Chinese and Yugoslavian parts, has been completed and installed on my freshly built rifle.

Another SKS has been successfully assembled using a variety of parts. This time, a modified Yugo front sight was installed.

You will probably have to change your bayonet handle to a 59/66 Yugo in order to be able to extend it.
Some idiots are too busy knowing it all to ever learn anything

There are no issues with the bayonet handle, and it functions properly. Everything is within factory specifications.

I locally purchased an SKS rifle, the Arsenal 0306, with a fiberglass stock and steel hanguard. Later, I discovered that the TG had been modified, and a few parts were missing. I'll plan to restore that rifle to the factory configuration. Additionally, the trigger group will also be restored.

I found a better laminated stock for my Russian SKS and replaced it.

The trigger group has been restored from two incomplete, non-functional trigger groups. I tested it, and it works perfectly. I don't understand why people are trying to modify the TGs, and after their attempts, the only use for them is to disassemble them and throw the modified parts into the garbage can..

Right! The result was that the bunch of the original valuable TG parts was destroyed.

I've run across some sketchy TG bits over the last 25 years or so. PAX

I got rid of the fiberglass stock and a vented steel handguard. I'm now looking for a nice Chinese wooden stock and a matching handguard. The nice SKS with the mixed original parts will be completed soon.

I sold two of my folding stock projects and restored the rifles to their original configurations. In one of the rifles, I replaced the Yugo folding stock with the original Yugo stock. The other rifle, shown in post 714, had its polymer folding stock replaced with the original Chinese wooden stock.

The second "Bubba" trigger group has been restored to its factory specifications. I tested it on a random Chinese SKS, and it works flawlessly. New parts were installed to replace the missing and altered components: the sear, safety lever, safety spring, trigger with trigger bar, and disconnector.
