Century Arms

OtisDriftwood:
I ordered some ammo from Century International Arms on 3/27 (two weeks ago), then promptly e-mailed them my ID waiver.  They sent me an order confirmation that day.

On 4/5 (last thursday) I sent an e-mail asking about the status of my order because I have not heard from them, and they have not charged my credit card yet.

I have yet to hear back from them...

History of poor customer service, or are they just on vacation?

OtisDriftwood:
I'm bumping this because I still haven't heard a thing from them...

They haven't charged my card or anything, but I'm getting kinda annoyed that they won't even respond to my e-mails.

karlsgunbunker:
Century is SLOW, Especially on small orders.
They are a Wholesaler and deal in pallet quantities of ammo, rifles etc.

I'm an FFL and I don't get any better service than you do.

I placed an order last week and was told to expect a 2 week + delay in shipping.
Evidently people are ordering lots of Guns and Ammo.

OtisDriftwood:
I guess that's my problem, they never told me to expect anything.  All I have from them is the order confirmation.  It's been three weeks and I haven't heard anything at all from them.

rich:
Like KGB said, they cater to large orders.  Maybe they should have said something about how long the process would take?  Did you ask about the details when you placed the order?
