i would like to put a Magpul MOE stock on this has someone done this before ore will i have to mod the stock or tube to make it fit

As long as you buy a 'commercial' size stock then it should work.  Don't buy mil-spec size.  Good luck.

Better measure them. TAPCO went to mi-spec several months back IIRC.
