Do you have any doubt for one minute that these dealers are not doing that on a decent Russian SKS?

Any of them with half a bubba brain sure are.
Drago:
People really do not know what the prices of Russian SKS's should be.
Case in point, this extremely rare tiger striped stocked '53 with a black bayonet only went for $400!!!

Yet, this ridiculously priced '52 with BBQ paint, "orange peel" plain colored stock eke'd out $555.

At the very least, those two carbines should have had the sale prices flip flopped. I'm pissed I missed the '53 for $400. I don't have a cool tiger stripe stocked SKS and you don't see them very often.
Of course, this horse continues to get beat to death.

not even just Russian sks though its all guns in general. everything is custom, rare, owned by Bigfoot. and 1400 bucks later you have a hi point 9mm with green hand guards.
a LGS was trying to sell a Russian for 900 dollars... claiming it was a bring back. tho the stock was a drag queen. didn't know they were equipped with that back then
amx4080:
The asking prices are a little higher than the actual selling prices, but not by a whole lot. Very consistent price performance for the last three months.
