I am thinking of adding this to my line. It is a trial run. This particular pouch is made out of latigo (oil tanned) leather. I had it handy... The design will change I'm sure.. this is the prototype.
It was inspired by the civil was era cartridge pouched but I used lacing rather than sewing for assembly, as it is easier than sewing (by macine or hand!), and easier to repair if needed....
Up here in AK many of us carry a small pouch like this, with, just the essentials rather than stuff our pockets..
