Heimdhal I'll be swinging by restaurant depot tomorrow to grab my stuff. I'll grab some burgers as well. Put me down for 1-2 dozen or so...

Thanks Dan, I appreciate it.  At least you know you'll be eating a good lunch anyways

Ok my chef (mother) and sous-chef (wife) were in the cooking spirit. they wound up making two trays of macaroni salad, two trays of potato salad, and a tray of jambalaya with polish kielbasa as an extra treat. All home made, they are proud of their work, so pictures were a must.

for those with allergies:

the mac salad has noodles, onions, carrots, celery, red/green peppers, eggs, lemon, black pepper, salt and mayo
the potato salad has potato, apples, eggs, mayo, black pepper, salt and lemon
the jambalaya has rice, mild cajun spices, and polish kielbasa

NICE!

THIS IS WHAT ITS ABOUT FOLKS!

I cant wait to try that Jambalaya!  Any dish that ADDS more pork is a bonus in my book  8)

since i like beef, put me down for 1 bubba box to add to the others and some beans. natural gas is a good mosquito repelant.
