Awsome news!!!!!

Well for those of you have seen my posts about my Dad having pancreatic cancer, there is nothing new yet to post about that at this time,

BUT.............................

I have been working on a deal for some time, even before my Dad got diagnosed, with a guy that is close to Konb Creek Range, KY, to get together with him and my Dad, before my parents move back to South Dakota, to go shooting.

The awsome thing about it is this guy has 2 of my Dads all time favorite guns that he has always wanted to fire, handle, and drool over, but never had the chance to.............wait for it................tada!

The guy has a STG-44 and a MP-40!!!!!

The guy has agreed to let my Dad fire, handle, and drool over these guns to his hearts content. I purchased and shipped the ammo to my Dad's neighbors house last night and I am going to try and keep it a suprise for my Dad as long as I can, but I am sure he will know something is up as soon as we start driving towards the range. I am very excited about this and I am praying that my Dad will still be in good enough shape to go shooting at the end of the month. So if you got a minute shoot off a prayer for me.

I just had tell some one about this, my wife and brother are just kinda like Meh about the whole thing, and I know you guys will appreciate the awsomeness of this deal, cause this is the best forum and best group of people I have ever run across!

Real cool.  I remember the last time I went shooting with my dad.  It was great.  He is still alive, but just isn't up for shooting anymore physically.  Hope you enjoy!
