Norinco SKS-M

Hello I have a Norinco SKS-M and have been looking for an extended mag release. I have contacted both Tapco and ATI both stated that there extended mag release will not work.  It was the same for the AK or SKS version. Has anyone else had any luck on this for the SKS-M?

Not that I have tried it but I don't think that will work on the SKS-M with the AK style mag release. That one is for a regular SKS where you pull back on the mag release.
