My prediction is this will amount to very little, overblown by media hype. I think most workers (illegal and otherwise) will show up to work, cause most of them (like us) can't afford a days loss of pay or worse. A few will walk out, and it will likely be paraded by the press. Otherwise, life will go on as usual.
Those that think that a massive walkout will damage the US economy don't seem to grasp the notion that the employers will simply find OTHER workers (legal or not) to do the same job (job demand > supply). Course, we already knew that their elevators don't reach the top if they really think that intentionally damaging the economy will make the average John Q Taxpayer any more sympathetic to their cause.
