Snipers company hires sub-contractors so they don't know who the employees are.  But I DO think that they could protect themselves just a bit if they added into the subcontract a requirement that their subcontractor hire only citizens or others who have proven their right-to-work.  And they could add a penalty clause for "shutdown days."  These things might encourage subs to watch more closely what they are doing, knowing that they are in breach of contract if they hire illegals.

I have no problem with "having a backbone".  I just find it odd that almost every single one of your posts has something to do with taking up weapons and shooting people.

Some people just feel the need to mouth off about it all the time.  Others are quite capable of a lot more than you know, but have the sense not to talk about it all the time.  You, on the other hand, seem to have an obsession with talking about "getting together with like minded individuals" and playing Red Dawn.

You're kidding, right?  We do all the legal checks we're allowed to do.  But you can't stop them from using false ID.  And since most of our workers are Hispanic anyway, how do you tell the legal ones from the illegal ones?  Hell, even the legal ones are taking the day off to support their brethren.  Down here in South Texas where over 60% of the population is Hispanic, there are no other choices in the labor pool.  

And besides, the concrete pours being canceled had nothing to do with my company.  We just install the formwork.  It is the rodbusters and the placing subcontractors that messed up the game.  They're the ones who do hire illegals.

No, if I said that, it wasn't about my company.  I would never defend hiring illegals.  What I have said, however, is that we probably have a lot of illegals on the payroll that we don't know are illegal.  We don't hire day laborers, and we don't pay cash.  In fact, all our paychecks are automatic deposit to a bank account.  This scares off a lot of illegals to begin with.  If we do have illegals on the payroll, they're the smart ones who have a good network of people that can fake their documents and give them legitimacy.

This is a gun forum, we talk about guns, to me it's just for that, so don't expect me to all of a sudden talk about Computers and Video Games, this boards intentions isnt for that. That is why you only see me talking about guns and the constitution here, im not the only one, im one of Thousands, im just not in the closet about it. I would also like to say we hardly know nothing about each other by mere posts on a board. I have no fantasy world to be honest and killing someone would torment me for the rest of my life probably so I hope im never faced with or forced to. But you never know, but it pays to be prepared so your not the one in the Morque the next Morning. Getting together with "like minded individuals" in a disaster situation is a matter of Survival and I would sure do it, I think a Red Dawn situation is unlikely. It's more likely to be imposed upon us by our own Government than a Foreign Invader. Im not obessed with these things, but rather seriously concerned, it often comes on my mind and I already have my Emergency Plan for certain situations. That way I can do what I need to do quickly and get out of harms way, whether it be a Storm, Hurricane, Natural Disaster, or something else. I think it will increase my survival chances, planning and preparing never hurts. Im a Right Wing Survivialist and im not surprized to be critisized because Survivalists are always critisized. I have gotten on the FREEDOM track at a Young age, something that is a rare thing from my Generation.
