Couple of nice builds Edward!
I ended up with a few shaved bolts from Lkermit and put one in my Shernic as well. I modified all my duckbills lips, except the 75 round Korean drum, to accept strippers too. But since I'm a Kali occupant and limited to 10 without registration as an AW, but the chassis is ready for big mags. It's kinda of beatch to change.
Where I'll most likely use the mags is on a modified Drag stock build in the works, mainly because the stock mag replacement is simpler. It'll have some sort of glass, I've got ATI and Choate furniture to play with. When I get the bits together, I'll see what fits better. The last of my shaved bolts is on the way to "the SKSguy45". I received a broken Ram-Line polymer stock along with the SKS parts and decided to begin a new project.
The primary goal is to connect the appropriate buttstock via a Picatinny rail connection.
The first step is to fill the open compartments on both sides with black epoxy resin.
I added a pin to the epoxy reinforcement.

The opposite side was filled with black epoxy resin. After the epoxy resin has cured, the rear part of the stock will be reshaped with a belt sander to accommodate the Picatinny rail adapter or AR-15-style adapter.

The AK-47 Magpul pistol grip was modified and professionally mounted to the stock.

The stock adapter is finished. It is compatible with both AR-15 and Picatinny rail buttstocks.

There is nothing exceptional about this; the broken stock has been given a second life with the ability to attach the folding or any other stock.

I believe this folding buttstock is the best option. It matches the stock perfectly.

Very nice!  It's good that you're having fun with your builds.  There used to be a lot of interesting posts like this in the past, but since the cheap SKS's dried up, there haven't been that many people making mods lately.
I am the one they call Cesar.

I have all of the necessary tools to repair and improve the rifle. If I get a broken stock, why not try to fix it?
