Incoming shipments

HELP!!!  I receive two or three shipments almost every day from UPS, FedEx, and USPS.  If you are shipping me something PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE put a note in the package so I know what's going on.  The return address sometimes helps but when I'm buying something from a board member and paying electronically it is often the case where I don't even know the real name of the shipper.
