So whats the difference between the two, or what did they change i guess is my question....

Not sure if you mean the difference between the Stutzen carbines vs the 95/34.  The former was manufactured as a short sifle carbine.  The latter was rebarreled from a M95 Steyr rifle.  The easiest way to tell is that the carbine has a shoer rear sight ladder and the 95/34 has a long ladder.  There are other variations of this rifle by different countries.
