I don't know why you need non-magnetic. Do you want a lead core bullet? The shell case on most surplus 7.62x39 is steel, so that will be magnetic. Some bullets have a steel tip under the copper jacket, but usually the ammo will be clearly marked or advertised if it's lead core or steel tip.

Wolf made a copper jacketed lead core ammo in X39.
There was also some Chinese ammo that was CJLC.
Don't know is any  is currently made anymore but I've seen some around.

I'm sure you need non-magnetic ammo because your range requires it, right?
I bought some Czech-made x39 at a gun show that is non-magnetic, but I don't know of a regular source for it. It's also corrosive, however.
The yellow-box Wolf x39 is non-magnetic, but often out of stock at the places I regularly buy it. Here's the site:

Yeah, they are currently out of stock...  :?

Fiocchi  Is brass/brass. Two of the indoor ranges I shoot at require non steel. However It's about $10.00 a box. If you find something else let me know.

All high-doller commercial x39 ammo I've used is non-magnetic, but check before you buy, of course.
