Another one for the record books. I sure would not want my face that close to the chamber without more protection. Nice novelty piece. I see no improvement in the sks design. In fact, I see many dangers and hardships in carring and using that weapon.

Looks like there were some other cool SKS based bullpups in that thread too.  Looked like there was a drop in stock made in Japan in one of them.

Though it looks like the drum might interfere with his trigger hand, I'd say that is pretty bad ass.  It looks like he's done a darn good job with it.  Makes me thing some Russians have gun smithery in their genes.

However, it makes me think that for a bull pup the best way to go would be side mag with bottom eject.  I've often wondered about having that blow back that close to my face.

Appears there is a width issue for the SKS receiver to fit the Steyr design.

  How do I use the translator with the link?  I opened the link to the Russian gun sight, and I opened the link to the translator, no problem.  I'm just unsure how to use the two together.

copy the russian text by left clicking over it and holding down then drag the mouse so the text you want to translate is all blue, let go and right click on that text and select "copy"  then right click in the translator box and click "paste" then select "russian to english" in the drop down box on the translator then click free translation

it will come back in broken english
