A question on a " Six Corp" Chinese SKS.
« on: December 28, 2008, 11:48:24 AM »
My brother- in -law has an SKS that has "Six Corp" stamped on the receiver and the ser.# on it and that's all. It has no /?#\ on it. The other interesting thing is the receiver has two extra serial numbers in the front. It has a honey brown colored stock. Can any one shed some light on mfg. date or something about it?  already looked on Yoompers and no info. thanks.

quick internet search suggests it is a Chinese government owned import/export group that sourced its weapons from the '6' factories, like /26\ /66\ /386\, etc.
