Pointing out here that while and although Pay Pal's policies are usually against these type of sales, they will make an exception in this case, and only in this case and for the children in this case...
... taking the modest commission they will make for the transferring of funds and, in this donating a significant portion of said monies as a contribution to some children somewhere.
