Welcome to the boards! Send Kivarri (sp?) a pm he's the resident trigger expert.
You go for a man hard enough and fast enough, he don't have time to think about how many's with him; he thinks about himself, and how he might get clear of that wrath that's about to set down on him.

I just got my M59/66. I dry fired it. The trigger is very light and easy to pull. Can it get easier than this...?

I dont have an idea how but Last time I was screwin' around with the sks trigger group out of my norinco, I adjusted it and it has the perfect trigger pull. Not too easy and not too hard.

get some money and send it to Kivarri. I would never shoot an SKS without him fixing the TG first. he's the best. after he did my Trigger Group it cut my groups down to about two to three inches. just do it you wont regret it.
4 SKS's
2 Norinco's both are all matching numbers
1 Yugo All matching Number's, unfired.
1 Alby NON mataching, had a broken bolt when I got it

Wait how much money would it cost to have him adjust the trigger group ?

Guys. .

It's possible to make a real easy pull and have a real unsafe rifle. it's not about pull; it's about correct engagment. Now ..a nice ancillary benefit is a reduced pull....and while you're in there you might as well take out the creep..and while you've got the sear out use a fine stone...and while the hammer's out...you get the idea. I have seen 3-4 out of several hundred that had the correct positive engagement...but WAY too much..about 12 lb trigger pull.

Most of the SKS "armorers" were no doubt in a hurry. So.. there was no careful fitting..there was no time to do that.

There's a little blurb on my website to check your engagment on your rifle.

Good evening fellow SKS owners,

I sent my trigger group to Kavaari from my newly purchased Yugo 59/66 and...WOW...worth every penny!! Smoother, lighter, and safer!! I can't stress how much better the trigger pull and feel is on my new Yugo...Kavaari is the man!
