Probably, but I'd be concerned with accuracy. Then what would be the point? If I want to blow through ammo just to get the feel of FA, I can bump fire a SKS and save $250.

I think it would be more effort than it was worth; it woud be easier to purpose-build one.

And what would be the point anyway?

Actually, Prince50 just got done manufacturing the finished prototype of an adapter I designed to take an ATI folder and swap out the butt arm portion to allow for use of any AR style butt stock. I am waiting for it to arrive in the mail to test it and take pics, do range test, etc. Kind of on the line of the ATI AK adapter. This adapter will be a fixed position adapter and I am working on a folding adapter.

So yes, perry500, the slide fire will be able to work on an SKS.(assuming my little adapter works the way it is suppose to)

Or you could use this and save $294

The fire looks at least as controlled as using a slide fire stock

Shooting an AR vs something with a 7.62X39 round (AK), on full auto, is night and day in comparison.

I was just thinking the same thing. I appreciate the interest some of the younger folks are showing for firearms but it's annoying when they claim expertise about something that anyone with real world experience sees thru in a heartbeat.

Even at that a standard issue M4 on FA can be a handfull.  I'd imagine the only way to be effective with a "full auto" sks would be to utilize a bipod.  The 240bravo shooting 7.62 nato isn't terrible but you're talking a much heavier weapon system that is designed for it

Technically the ssar-15 slide fire makes your firearm rapid fire not full auto..

Shooting a full auto Ak is a hoot, that's why they invented muzzle brakes...

Stance and hold is everything, on shooting a full auto AK..
