 We have, but the fitted caps would be signifigantly more expensive, and the cheaper caps aren;t worth doing in terms of quality.....

 We aren't going to compromise on our quality, and the market isn't really there for the size-to fit ball caps or the stiff brims.

   We could do boonies; I will see what's available, although I suspect they will have an increased cost, based on having bought boonies myself....

Ditto on the Velcro patches. Lots of gear and clothing has the loop panels to add your own.

  Yes; the ballcaps use a small buckle for adjustment, there is no velcro on the cap at all.
